Refunds or Exchanges: All arrangements are made to order with live products. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Delivery Fees: Deliveries are subject to the following fees:
  • Thibodaux: $10
  • Houma: $15
  • Chackbay / Vacherie: $15
  • Baton Rouge / Prairieville: $25
  • New Orleans / Metairie: $25

Order Processing Times: All orders require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for processing and delivery.

Seasonal Blooms: All arrangements are crafted with designer-chosen seasonal flowers based on current availability. Specific flower requests cannot be guaranteed.
